Exploring Before-Life Experiences: A Unique Journey

A note on this revision: I began this blog in February 2021 after a series of profound spiritual experiences in 2020, during which I received what I can only describe as a telepathic stream of consciousness urging me to connect the dots between my early life and the events unfolding today. This blog reflects that ongoing journey. The original version of Before I Was Here was written in July 2021, after months of attempting to put these experiences into words. This rewrite refines and expands upon that effort, with the assistance of artificial intelligence to help shape what is otherwise a raw and unfiltered flow of information.

Before I Was Here (revised)

We’ve all heard of the near-death experience (NDE). I first began hearing stories about this phenomenon in the media during the 1970s. At the time, it was controversial, but by the 21st century, NDEs have gained broad acceptance within both scientific and religious communities, as well as among the general public. A quick search for “books about near-death experiences” yields over 96 billion hits. Reading these accounts can be profoundly inspiring, offering hope to those facing the end of life and illuminating a realm beyond the physical. Stories of spiritual encounters—whether through NDEs, mystical visions, or past-life memories—can also serve another purpose: they can awaken something within us, stirring dormant sacred memories that point to a greater journey.

The experience I write about here is not a near-death experience, but something even less discussed—a before life experience. It is the memory of entering this body, of becoming human, and of the beginning of a journey that stretches beyond this single lifetime. My path, as I have come to understand it, spans across incarnations and even beyond this planet—moving through different eras, different lands, and different star systems. The planetary past life chart reveals echoes of these journeys, mapping out karmic lessons and soul patterns carried from world to world, all converging here, in this life, for a reason I have spent decades uncovering.

Where Was I Before I Was Here?

It’s a question I’ve been asking since I was a very small child, driven by a memory that, for years, I thought was just a dream. Yet, unlike most dreams that fade with time, this memory has simply always been. It is one of my most enduring recollections, a moment that feels like a threshold between two states of existence.

It goes like this: I am in the kitchen of my childhood home. But I am not yet in my body. I am above, at ceiling level, floating above where the refrigerator stands. Below, a scene unfolds. To the right, a woman stands at the stove, her back to the room. A girl sits at the table, facing me. To my left is where I am going. I begin to descend.

The refrigerator is large and bright white, almost radiant. As I float downward, I see the girl again—long brownish-blond hair, brown eyes. Recognition floods through me, and I think, Oh, look who is here. I feel an overwhelming sense of joy.

Then, I turn back toward the refrigerator—bright, white, significant. And I think, I will remember this time. I will not forget this time.

To my right, another presence is there. Tall, slender. I can’t make out details, but I know they are watching.

As I descend into the body that is to become mine, the memory fractures. The veil drops. I am Me. And I remember nothing after that moment—until the next experience around age four.

But the questions remain. What did I mean by “remember”? What was I not supposed to forget? It wasn’t spoken aloud, but transferred—telepathic. Who was I speaking to? And more urgently, Where was I before I was here?

It struck me, even as a child, how little people asked this question. They worried about where they would go when they died, but I wondered: Why isn’t everyone asking where they were before they were here?

A Natal Chart, as well as Past Life and Karmic Charts and readings, can hold valuable clues to who you are. Once a spiritual science used to guide the Essenes in charting the course of their lives, today I was able to use it as a means of validating that I came into life with a plan and purpose.

Later in life, when I began to study my planetary past life chart, I found something that resonated deeply with this memory. My chart revealed that my before-life sojourns were in Mercury and Neptune—two realms known for their connection to higher thought, mysticism, and psychic ability. Mercury, the planet of communication and intellect, suggests a past deeply tied to knowledge and transmission of ideas. Neptune, the planet of dreams and spiritual vision, aligns with the ethereal, the unseen, the realms beyond the physical. Was my memory of descent into this life shaped by these influences? Was I carrying forward an awareness of these energies into this incarnation?

Spiritual War.

These otherworldly sojourns and past life experiences are not just echoes of the past but reflections of the time we are in today—a spiritual war that is as much an outward political battle as it is an inward call to responsibility, awakening us to the roles we were meant to play in this unfolding reality.
