The moon as it appeared that early morning on 1/12/25, glowing with a story waiting to be told.
The Girl in the Moon
There are moments in life when the veil between the seen and the unseen feels impossibly thin. A decade ago, I had one such moment—standing in the dim light of my hallway, I saw her. A little blonde-haired girl, in a light colored dress that came to her knees, appeared before me. She was there only for a moment, yet her presence stayed with me. I knew, deep in my soul, she was the same girl I played with on a beach in Puerto Rico when I was three years old—the girl who drowned that same day.
Recently, as I was experimenting with filters on a photo of the moon, her image emerged again, unbidden. A glowing, ethereal form, full of light and life, seemingly gazing back at me from across time and space. I couldn’t ignore the connection. Was this a message? A reminder? Or perhaps a reflection of something far greater—something tied to my journey as a Wanderer?
This little girl’s presence in my life, though fleeting, has always felt significant. As I reflect on her reappearance—both in the vision and now through this filtered moon image—I see her as a symbol, a guide, and a reminder of my mission. She is part of the larger puzzle I am piecing together, one that stretches across lifetimes and reflects the essence of my Wanderer identity.
A Symbol of Remembrance

A closer look reveals the faint outline of a luminous form—was this a sign of her presence?
The girl’s presence reminds me of a vow I made before incarnating into this life. I recall a memory from my pre-birth experience, where I told myself, “I will remember this time, I will not forget.” Perhaps she is an anchor for that promise, a touchstone reminding me to stay aligned with my soul’s mission.
Her appearances across the decades—on a beach, in my hallway, and now within the moon’s glow—are not mere coincidences. They are synchronicities, threads weaving together a story I promised to tell. Each connection feels deliberate, a quiet whisper from the universe to remember who I am and why I am here.
The little girl who reappears in my life is more than a memory—she’s a message. A symbol of the promise to remember, to connect the dots between my past, present, and purpose as a Wanderer.
Synchronicity as a Guide
For Wanderers like me, synchronicities are guideposts along the path, small nudges from the universe affirming that we are exactly where we need to be. This filtered moon image is one such nudge—a message encoded in light and shadow, reminding me to look deeper.
The moon itself carries profound symbolism. It reflects the light of the sun, illuminating the darkness of night. As a Wanderer, I see myself as a similar reflection—here to reflect light and truth into the lives of others, to illuminate what has been forgotten or hidden. The moon’s glow reminds me of my cosmic origins and my role in awakening others to their own light.
This synchronicity, this image, is not random. It is a reminder that my path is one of connection, remembrance, and service.

The Girl’s Role in My Mission
Who is this girl? I believe her brief presence in my childhood awakened a sensitivity within me that has shaped my spiritual journey ever since. Her tragic passing, though heartbreaking, was not the end of her story.
I sense that she remains connected to me, not as a memory but as a guide. Perhaps her role was to spark something within me—a deep awareness of life’s fragility and interconnectedness. She reminds me that we are all tied to one another across time and space, that even the briefest connections can ripple outward, shaping lives in ways we cannot always see.
Her presence is a reminder of the souls I am here to serve as a Wanderer. Those who feel lost, forgotten, or unseen—these are the souls I am called to guide and uplift. The little girl’s light continues to shine, urging me to be a beacon for others.
A Universal Message
This story is not just mine; it is an invitation. The girl in the moon is a reminder that we are all part of a greater whole, tied together by threads of love, memory, and purpose. Her reappearance is a call to all of us to look for the signs in our own lives—the moments when the veil feels thin, the synchronicities that guide us, the connections that remind us of who we truly are.

We are not alone. Each of us has a story to tell, a mission to fulfill. The girl in the moon reminds me of mine: to connect, to serve, and to reflect light into the world. And perhaps, as you read this, she reminds you of yours too.
The girl in the moon is not just a vision from my past—she is a beacon for my future. She reminds me that we are all connected, not only to each other but to the infinite tapestry of existence. As a Wanderer, I walk this path not alone, but in service to the light, knowing that every soul I touch becomes part of the greater whole.
