The Power to Heal: Physical Changes and Spiritual Growth.

These past four years have been the most physically and spiritually transformative of all my current 63 years. I have moved away from my tacit acceptance of information from traditional authorities and instead learned to trust my personal research and keep asking questions. I’ve come to trust my judgment above all else while still valuing input from others. I have been forced to leave behind many long-held beliefs and assumptions about my personal health. Most specifically, though, I learned that I do have the power to change the course of my life. That change is individual, and no one can objectively measure your progress but you. In this time of high global tensions and leaderships that seek to control their masses by controlling the information they receive, it is critically important to share our personal stories now. It becomes increasingly essential as we navigate between what is intuited to us from a higher perspective and what seeks to serve only itself in the material world where worth is determined by dollar value and obedience to authority.

In April 2020, I experienced changes on both the physical and spiritual levels. As lockdowns began, I noticed a distinct change in the energy around me. Some felt positive, some negative, and along with this energy came visionary and auditory phenomena and physical changes to my body. The energy/energies would wax and wane throughout the day and night but to no particular pattern. As a sensitive person and an empath, I often come in contact with different energies, but I never experienced anything quite this intense. If you read the previous posts here 1 ,and here 2, today’s post will bring to date the health leg of my journey.

I thought it was possibly a mix of different energies, some coming from the sun and others from Earth sources. I reported to my shamanic practitioner at the time that I felt extreme amounts of incoming energies, which she confirmed, through consciousness kinesiology, as being from multiple sources, both cosmic and manmade. I was not well versed on the topic of 5G at the time but had learned that nationwide service did begin around that same time. The below graphic is from Ookla, a well known connectivity and networks company that states that 5G began as early as 2011 but got a big boost, as perhaps did we, in 2020.

I was also falling ill and losing weight rapidly. I didn’t realize that the sun also had started a maximizing cycle. The sun cycles regularly, minimizing for 7 years and then maximizing for 11 years. That, in turn, changes the incoming energies coming toward Earth.

As my symptoms were primarily neurological and not an upper respiratory illness, I did not consider going in to be tested for the C-19 virus. I believed that the world was overreacting to C-19, and I did not want to be separated from my partner at the time. I was waiting for the scientists and the research studies to clarify. I realized I lived in a different world, facing an inevitable tyranny, when those studies and scientists were silenced by media censorship.

Now, it is July 2024. In these most recent months, I’ve found the symptoms I was experiencing in 2020 are indicative of a Lupus/Rheumatoid Arthritis/Mixed Connective Tissue Disease due to a positive ANA test taken this year. The Lupus Foundation indicates that 97% of patients have a positive ANA result. The test examines over 150 antibodies to determine if one is active, chronic, and driving disease, according to Lupus.org. Lo and behold, the first chronic pathogen found in me was the Epstein-Barr Virus (see more on my EBV drama here). There could be more chronic antibodies, but the test stops after finding the first one. This validates my findings and what I have learned about spike protein viruses, vaccines, and illness.

Traditional Western medicine could not provide me with treatments, care, or remedies during the pandemic; I had to entirely place my faith on spiritual support along with my research. The fear was real; I spent a few weeks processing that I couldn’t simply ask my Dr. or provider for help and that they would listen. I had to seek advice because I did not have the knowledge or expertise I had assumed they had. I was on my own as far as my personal medical care. The pictures below are just a few examples of the professionals, scientists, and doctors whose work I was able to benefit from.

What I hope others will take from this post is that it is possible to find significant information regarding one’s health symptoms, their potential source, and a myriad of natural treatments to alleviate suffering. This was also happening to many COVID-19 patients; as I knew I was dealing with a virus of sorts, I chose to access what resources were beginning to appear for that population.

The compartmentalization of the medical-industrial complex sends a patient on an endless loop of frustration and non-answers. Divided into specialties with a gatekeeper Primary Care Physician diverting you away from those specialists and into more and more pharma scripts. Not to mention more significant costs. It took four years and perseverance to discover the Lupus markers. All the while, had my request to be sent to rheumatology been honored, it may have saved a year or two of searching.

A 2018 study found that EBV may lead to autoimmune diseases by affecting people’s genes. The researchers found the EBNA2 protein from the virus in nearly half of the genetic locations involved in lupus. The EBNA2 protein also showed up in genetic risk sites for celiac disease, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and other autoimmune diseases.³

My symptoms in 2020 were indicative of lupus/rheumatoid arthritis, and although I reported them, I was refused a referral through my primary care providers. In the past 4 years, I’ve seen primary care, neurology, immunology, psychology, and ankle and foot doctors. Most of them had no clue that the Epstein-Barr antibody might be causing a problem in my body regardless of tests that read I had an abnormal EBV antibody response. I was indeed blessed to find a health advisor who knew of this condition and could help me begin the process of healing. My healing has been both spiritual and physical. My perspectives on the spiritual realms have widened and deepened through years of seeking material information and evidence and through my multidimensional spiritual connections. A blessing to me was finding a health advisor who, without the ANA positive result, was still aware of this condition and began advising treatments. I have been treating myself under the guidance of ‘other than traditional AMA medicine’ for 4 years, doing very well and with a very low level of symptoms.

Although approximately 17% of my income goes to Medicare insurance, most health treatments and advice I’ve received are not covered through that entitlement. Approximately 5-7% of my fixed income goes to purchasing the supplements. I choose organic, non-GMO, and gluten-free produce and products, which tend to be more expensive than the traditionally grown and processed foods I grew up with. I also do periodic detoxing using chlorine dioxide, methylene blue, or zeolite. I take in 60+ ozs of water daily, herbal teas, celery juice, and detox smoothies to keep my hydration up and constant.

Breaking away from the dependency on medical institutions and their white coat-clad Doctors is possible. Fearfully and wonderfully made by our Creator. Today, we see the evidence of how difficult it is to destroy that creation. I believe, too, that it becomes far more difficult to destroy that creation if it has ignited the spark of Christ from within, where fear has no place. It is the realization of our power to heal ourselves by using what God gave us both inwardly and on the earth that competes with today’s big business and governmental industrial complexes. One leg of our ongoing spiritual war appears to have placed its front line squarely here, at the junction of allopathic and holistic medicine.

This is not to lead you to believe I had no assistance from medical and health professionals. As mentioned above, from Ph.D. scientists to seasoned health advisors, medical doctors, and professional herbalists to Naturopaths, I have had many who have been educated, trained, and experienced in many health-related fields and modalities. These are considered specialties outside the general practice and protocols followed in primary care offices today. Therefore, they are mostly not covered by Medicare. Medicare will allow me 6 appointments per year with a Naturopath at a low copay, and I am using that today. It was this last Naturopath who listened to my symptoms, intuited which test I needed, and discovered the Lupus/RA/MCTD markers. I am ever grateful to receive this advice and to be educated and treated with natural remedies.

I was lucky enough to have my spirit guides arrive in force to help me understand that I had a physical condition that needed attention (see Chapter 1). Their promise to guide me to the appropriate people, places, and things that could help on this journey continues to be fulfilled. I have been asked how I distinguish between benevolent and angelic guides and which is malevolent? By the fruits of their labor.

In my case and from my perspective, the bounty has been plentiful, and I am grateful. Thus far, my research has led me to a pathogen called Epstein Barr as a culprit in a cycle of disease I believe many of us find ourselves in. My results have been positive in that I’ve been able to treat myself, reducing my symptoms and gaining in quality of life. Are there more culprits? Likely, there are. I do not intend to stop here. As the warehouse of previously undisclosed information continues to pour forth more and more evidence, what was once a slow drip has now become a flood, and it will continue to reveal even more.

In this incredible time of disclosure and declassification, with its flood of whistleblowers and witnesses giving testimony and leading us to evidence of our human condition, we must discern our way through mountains of information. We find we have to take on greater and greater self-responsibility in order to achieve our personal goals. In other words, we must do this on our own. However, I believe in the Guiding Hand of Christ, which leads us through this last leg of the journey so that we realize the power does reign within.
